Tasty and unique personal size pizzas! 🍕🤘

Visiting from Canada for a Mariners game, I had searched up good food at T-Mobile Park and came across Moto Pizza. I was originally planning to get it at the park but heard there's usually very long line ups, which prompted me to visit this location instead which was a short drive from my hotel at Lynwood...I'm glad I visited this location because there were 0 lineups...in fact, I was the only person dining in! It was like a secret tucked away location which is cool!

I ordered the Mr. Pig pizza based on their recommendation and it did not disappoint! The portion was decent for a single person, though I probably could have eaten another order...I probably should have because the pizza was delicious!

Mr. Pig is a unique fusion style pizza incorporating the owner's Filipino roots. It had some juicy pork belly topping on it and tasted heavenly. The sauce and cheese ratio was also really good. The pizza was definitely on the greasy end as expected, mostly due to the pork belly...but gosh it was worth it! 🤤

The interior was also quite nice with a retro feel and good lighting. The location is also nice with walking distance to the beach park.

Overall, this is a good spot to grab some delicious unique tasting pizza when you are in the area!

I read a lot of reviews before I tried it. I disagree with a couple of the reviews stating the size wasn't large enough - it made two whole individual meals for a gal like me. The taste is extraordinary compared to other pizzas in my opinion. Very vibrant flavors. I had the All In pizza, it was like a lasagna. Next time I will try the Adobo beef! Yummo! I highly recommend this place. The prices are on par with any other pizza place, but they are pricey! 4 star for price and atmosphere (funky style), and there's no paper plates (boo), 5 for taste and quality and ordering online.

Got the kissd. Overall, pretty good. Very thick but also very small.

Flavor was great. Nothing to really complain about, but I'm also more of a thin pizza guy and this thing is the complete opposite without being a deep dish. But it has enough toppings to go along with the thickness.

Main problem is size and price. They say that the thickness makes up for the small size, which it does to an extent, but I would say for the price it's still too small.

So excited that they have vegan pizza options. We had initially not tried this place because of the long (month) wait for your order, but when we walked by, they had a sign that said walk-in's welcome. We wanted to try a classic pizza, so we got a regular pepperoni and vegan pepperoni. Both were very tasty. They are about 8-10 in wide, rectangular shape, and cut in 4. Thick crust with rhe perfect crispy cheese along the borders. We will be back to try the other pizza offering.

Was able to walk in at 4:45 on a Friday and there was still availability. The plant pizza was good, we'd order it again. The bottom was a little soggy, which somehow actually did work with the flavors, but it would be much better if the bottom was crispy.

Very unique take on pizza with good, fresh ingredients. Almost cakey or like a savory pie. I have tried the crab and kissd pizzas. All pizzas have a heavy oil and Parm cheese taste and crust.
Not the best for your dietary intake. Beats commercial pizzas or even deep dish by a mile.

This could be considered as a unique Seattle pizza. Like a saner alternative to deep dish which imo is a travesty and shouldn't be called pizza.

Great service and food but barely any atmosphere or ambience.

Finally got my hands on some MOTO pizza - specifically the KISSD and MR PIG. I personally was not a fan of MR PIG because of one of the sauces drizzled on top. KISSD tastes like a standard pizza, though I will say that the dough for both of these is quite nice for being so thick. It's got a nice, bouncy texture with the rich crusty flavor from the oils and cheese that sneaks down along the edges while it's cooking. There was a bit of a wait when I arrived at my pickup time because I guess some of the previous pizzas were delayed which shifted everything out. I think I ended up standing at the front for about 35 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. Overall, I'd give everything a 4/5 - it was a fun experience because of the hype but would I do this regularly? No - I'll stick to my same-day pizza options :)

Good pizza, different than most. Deep dish with some unique flavors. Tomato sauce can be overly salty at times. I prefer thin pizza so review reflects that, but it's good pizza either way, just not mind blowing. The two month wait is overblown, very few things are worth that sort of wait. You can go most days at 4pm and get a pizza. People are friendly and the ice cream was good.

Large enough to share one pie between two people.

Ok for just the Mr.Pig pizza I would give 100 stars, infinite stars even. That pizza changed my perception of what pizza is and what pizza could be. I want to bathe in the calamansi lime sauce.

I ordered the Mr.Pig and the crab pizzas two months in advance and was so excited when the time finally came to pick them up. Honestly it was worth the drive from Seattle to Edmonds. Edmonds is such a cute beach town and the MOTO shop was colorful and fun.

As I've said, I loved the Mr.Pig pizza but I'm holding back because the crab pizza was lacking. It doesn't have any sauce on it so I found it incredibly dry. The dough itself is awesome though, super crispy on the outside but light and airy on the inside.

No doubt, I'll be back here to try the other fun pizzas and I'll revisit the star situation after that.

I could only find street parking here but found a spot pretty quickly. There is a lot behind the building but I think those spots are reserved for other businesses.

Make sure you set a reminder for this. I ordered 3 or 4 months before and totally forgot until the week of. They only remind you when the pizza is ready. It is actually really good! I can’t even remember what I ordered but one was veggie or vegan and the other was with bacon and pepperoni I think. Definitely would have again!

The business model for this place is crazy. You watch for them to post when they are open for taking orders via Instagram. Once it is listed. You make a mad dash to get your pre paid orders in! Then you wait for four week to Six weeks until you actually get to go in and pick it up! Bizarre. However,the deep dish pizza is very good, unique and some would say, “worth the wait.” Just remember to keep track of your order and your designated date and pickup date as they do not send out reminders!

02/16/2023 Update: Tried walk-in again on a Thursday and managed to order 3 pizzas successfully this time: mr.pig, kissd, and crab. Waited for 30 minutes as crab took a long time. All pies tasted good, especially mr.pig. The pies were not big but they were pretty dense, so 3 pies were enough for the 4 us adults for dinner.

This is a rating for the shopping/dining experience, not the food.
The restaurant opens at 4 pm. We arrived there at 3:50 pm and saw no one waiting at the closed door. We waited in the toy shop next door to avoid the rain and came back at 4:00 pm sharp, and were told that walk-in pizzas were sold out. The guy at the counter said they usually have 50 pizzas for walk-in orders, but today they only had 8. If you'd like to get a pizza via walk-in, you need to arrive early and keep your place in line. Hope this is helpful for people who want to try walk-in.

Was a good pizza. The toppings were fresh a spices were original. The crust was comparable to a Detroit type pizza. I don’t think however it is actually worth the wait. I don’t know what I’m doing tomorrow let alone 3weeks from now lol.

We picked up four different pizzas to try as a family and then reheated in our oven, which worked very well. MOTO has unique flavor combinations packaged in Detroit style pizza. We all thought the pizzas were delicious, and plan to order again.

We had scheduled pick-up a few days in advance but due to missing our planned ferry we had to call to reschedule. The staff were super nice and did so without any issue.

Service was good and pizza was really good. The dairy free cheese has great texture and taste! Highly recommend giving them a try especially if you're looking for a dairy free alternative.

Hadn't been here in a while because their pizza used to sell out 2 months in advance, but I stopped in this evening and not only did they have pizzas available and being made but it was happy hour and I was able to get a dungeness crab pizza and two beers for $20. Great pizza and best deal in town!

Regular visitor, first time reviewer. Can I give bonus stars for how extremely kind Moto staff are?! My poor custom instructions resulted in the wrong pizza for my vegan partner, and they so kindly remade it…. Then I literally dropped the new pizza upside down 2.5 seconds after it was handed to me…it was a horrifying mess. Mortified and ready to buy another, Hannah and another kind gal insisted they would remake it again.. As I sit here waiting, the least I can do with my shame and humility is shout from the mountain top how much of a gem this place is! And not JUST because of the service —Amazing “odd” pizzas. You won’t regret any choice you make, but get the clam chowdah, the beef adobe with kimchi, or the pepperoni + hot honey (aka KISSD) in my very humble opinion. Thank you again to Hannah and the whole kitchen!!!

Best happy hour deal north of Seattle (7-9pm, T-Th). Only $20 for any pizza + 2 drinks!!! Oh, and Moto Pizza still is still my top 3 in Washington state. So effing good!
