I first heard about Moto Pizza through a Reddit thread listing the best pizzas in town--Moto ranked near the top, and that definitely caught my attention. With a three-month waitlist, it became one of those places I was always curious about but never quite ready to commit to waiting that long just for pizza.
So when I found out they were opening a location at Bellevue Square on October 4th, I made a beeline to check it out and finally see what all the hype was about.
Honestly? I'm glad I didn't rearrange my life around it. The pizza was good--decent, even--but nothing particularly memorable. The flavors were fine, but I've definitely had better. It was incredibly dough-heavy, almost like a deep-dish, though in a way that felt more bread than balanced. Deep-dish usually offers a better ratio of toppings to crust; this leaned more toward thick dough with toppings as an afterthought.

It literally blew away all expectations! Food was amazing. Will be going back every chance I get!
Crab pizza was yummy, and combo was good as well. Both were a little salty. Pizza servings look small, but they are heavy and filling.
Food was great! Service… you order at the counter and pick up. Stuff is friendly! Atmosphere… it is inside the mall

Cute place with friendly and helpful staff and OMG. The pizza is one of the best I’ve had. I just got plain cheese but it’s seriously out of this world
Detroit style takes a while - so order ahead or plan to wait at least 15+min from the point of sale. The Bellevue Square shop is tiny and offers limited seating inside but has a few tables and chairs outside of it.
Mr. Pig is great, I’ve had a couple flavors before and all the meat pizzas were always spot - They really nail the crispy edges, fluffy/thicc slice. Moto is definitely the superior Detroit style of the 2 spots in the Bellevue mall collection.
My partner is vegetarian and had the “Plant”. He was a little disappointed in the inordinate amount of fresh greens piled on top and wished there was more melted cheese. He’s not a huge mushroom fan, so his options were pretty limited. I think having a little more diversity in veggie options would have helped.

They should remove that short bald guy in the front counter; he is rude! First of all their pizza is not all that great—-not sure what’s the hype about it.
Dang that was disappointing. Vegan cheese pizza took 20 minutes and the cheese wasn't melted somehow it was already cold? Flavor is not there. I was excited about the price but there isn't anything about this place that would make me wanna go back. Maybe their non vegan options are better but I'm disappointed.
Pizza is soo good. Would definitely be eating more of this.
