FAQ

ORDERING

  • Unfortunately, we cannot move an order from one location to another. Please choose the location you plan to pick up from when placing your order. Thank you!

  • Send us an e-mail at hello@moto.pizza 72 hours before your pick-up and we’ll figure it out with you.

  • How many can you carry? Accept the tasty challenge and find out!

  • This is a truly curated pizza journey. Buy the pie, take the ride.

  • Not yet, but we’re working on it. It’s going to happen. In the meantime, set a reminder with your most peculiar phone alarm sound. We’re partial to “Radiate.”

  • Unfortunately, our POS system does not allow for call-in orders. Please order online by clicking through to Toast. Easy peasy.

  • Follow us on Instagram to know when we are targeting the latest pie drops.

@xoxomotopizza for love, hope and pizza delivered fresh to your feed daily.

  • Come close, because we’re going to let you in on a little secret. Just for you. Ready? OK.

Two ways. First, walk into one of our restaurants close to opening. We have a limited amount of dough set aside each day. It’s always nice to say hi to our MOTOHEADS.. And worst case, you get some delicious ice cream. Feels like a “W” no matter what, right?

Speaking of a big “W”, here’s the other option: head to T-Mobile park and buy a ticket to watch the soon-to-be World Series champs—your own Seattle Mariners. Yeah, we said it. Find us on the 300 level (in the right field corner), or in either of the two Amazon Walk-Off Markets on the 100 level.

  • If we had it our way, a MOTO pizza would be in the hands of every person that wanted it, when they wanted it, so they could cradle it lovingly or hoist it to the heavens. That’s our goal. But right now, with oven space and physical space limitations and a lot of demand, we’re not there yet. As we continue to build out locations, we promise the wait will go down. Thank you for your patience!

PIZZA

  • Each one of our odd square pizzas measures 9”x7” and typically feeds 1-2 people. While small in size, they pack a punch—weighing in with roughly the same pizza heft as a medium pizza at most other pizza joints.

  • Our personal favorite: the beloved air fryer. But you’ve got options! If you’re going to reheat (and happen to be sans air fryer), here’s what we think:

    OVEN IS BEST

Use a skillet, baking stone, or cookie sheet.

    Preheat oven to 350.

Brush surface with oil or butter.

Bake for up to 8 min and the cheese is bubbling.

    PAN IS ALMOST AS GOOD

Put skillet on burner at medium-high heat.

Coat pan with light layer of olive oil or butter.

Cover pan. Reduce heat to medium. Add MOTO pizza.

    Cook pizza for 3-6 minutes.

    MICROWAVE IF YOU’RE DRUNK

Simply place the pizza on a plate, put it in the microwave and add a cup or glass of water NEXT TO IT (the water keeps it from drying out—just like you!).

Cook it on high for 30 seconds (or more, depending on your microwave) and it will be cooked to not-quite perfection. Cheers!

  • Nothing that we are happy with. We haven’t cracked the nut—yet—but we will continue to tinker and test in the meantime.

  • Way more than just one: Vegan Cheese, Pepperoni, Kissd, Plant, and Root. We love you, vegans!

  • Because we prepare our food on one serving line, we cannot guarantee that any of our menu items are free of allergens—including shellfish and sesame seeds.

RESTAURANTS

  • Oh yeah. Ultimately, we’d love to hit 1000 restaurants. Maybe even 1001! Because when there’s love to spread, it’s our job to spread it!

  • We love our furry friends but unfortunately, we allow service animals only.

  • Come on now. We serve pizza and ice cream!

At our restaurants, the kids are more than alright. And they’re always welcome to dine with us.

  • Our POS leverages credit and debit cards only.

  • We are always trying to balance convenience and waste by using compostable utensils and boxes.

  • It depends on the restaurant! West Seattle is outside only. Edmonds: indoor. Belltown: both! T-Mobile Park: outdoor when the roof is open, indoor when the roof is closed.
